  • CLASS POLICY:
    We expect payment in full at the time of the first class. There will be no refund for classes missed after the start of the class. Women who cannot complete a class or class series due to medical reasons can request a refund. These requests will be reviewed on an individual basis and may require the written documentation of the medical provider.

    CLASS CANCELLATION:
    New Hampshire winters are often unpredictable, and if the weather looks bad, we will likely cancel the class for that evening. We do our best to anticipate storms will try to cancel any class by noon on the day of the class. You can check our website or call us to find out whether a class is being held or not ? IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE CALL! Your instructor will make every effort to reach you by phone to inform you of the cancellation, so please be sure that she has a current phone number. If a class is cancelled we will make up the class at a later date. Occasionally we are forced to cancel a class due to instructor illness or family emergency. In these instances we will contact you by noon on the day of the class to let you know. Please be sure that your instructor has a current phone number to reach you in the event of a cancellation. If we are forced to cancel a class we will make up the class at a later date.

    REFUND POLICY:
    *If a class registration is cancelled within 7 days of registration you will receive a full refund.
    *If a class registration is cancelled within 21 days of registration you will a Nini Bambini credit minus a $10.00 cancellation fee.
    *Cancellation within 3 calendar days of the start of the class, or after classes have begun will receive a Nini Bambini credit minus a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the class.
    *Exceptions will be made for medical reasons and will require a written documentation from a physician or midwife.

    MAKE-UP POLICY:
    Developmental groups:
    We ask that you make a commitment to attending all of the classes in the six-week series in to encourage group cohesiveness and to provide continuity to the children in the group. We understand that it may be necessary to miss a class during the series, but we will not offer any make-up classes for these groups.

    Yoga, Music Together, KinderMusik, Fitness:
    Please check with your instructor to learn about the specific make-up policy of each class.

    Childbirth Education:
    If you miss a childbirth class because of illness your instructor will make every effort to meet with you prior to the next class to review the material you missed. It is your responsibility to contact the instructor to arrange this meeting.

    INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT:
    Nini Bambini will be happy to assist you in securing reimbursement for the cost of your prenatal class from your health insurance provider. We will give you a certificate of completion, but if your insurance company requires a specific form, please be sure to bring that with you at your last class.

    SICK CHILD POLICY:
    Please help us to stay healthy!
    *Keep sick babies at home.
    *No fever, vomiting or diarrhea for at least 24 hours.
    *No cough or colored nasal discharge.
